The Habits of Health Transformational System is designed to address all areas of health, from what you eat to how much you move to how you think about your goals and how you strengthen your relationships. While we touch on all of the major Macro Habits of Health along the way, one of our first big goals is to reach a healthy weight.
To do that, we work on your Habits of Healthy Fuelings, we introduce a walking program and other forms of Habits of Healthy Motion, and we start to address your sleep and your response to stress.
Reaching a healthy weight is not the end of the journey—far from it—but it is a major milestone that unlocks some incredible rewards. When you reach and thrive at a healthy weight, you:

And those rewards are just the beginning. We often find that reaching a healthy weight often comes with a new boost in confidence and a renewed outlook on life and what it can be. If you have struggled with your weight for years or decades, your Habits of a Healthy Mind can suffer. You can feel hopeless and endlessly defeated, which means that feelings about your weight spill over into other areas of your life. You play less with the kids and grandkids because you are embarrassed about how quickly you get out of breath. You don’t want to go outside at certain times of the year because of how you think people will react to how you look.
What we see when members of our community reach a healthy weight is often nothing short of magical. It’s like watching a new person blossom. They begin to realize that they not only have the power to create change in themselves, but they can create change in the people and world around them. That is liberating and empowering, and they have the energy, fitness, and longevity to pursue these new aspirations.
