Dr. A put weight loss in a package that made sense

Habits of Health has helped me create health in my life

I was an athlete growing up and I tried to have healthy habits as I’ve gone along, but like so many people, I didn’t have the whole picture. I tried many things, and of course as I got older, I started to gain weight. I tried a lot of different things to lose weight, but Dr. A put it in a package that made sense to me.

I have a background in science, so I understood the Habits of Health from a scientific vantage point, and it just made a lot of sense. And then when you implement it and look at how these MacroHabits cumulatively affect your overall health, it’s about deciding what health do you want to create in your life. I think a lot of people take their health for granted. What happens if they continue on that path, many times, is becoming overweight and obese, which contributes to all kinds of nasty diseases.

I look across the United States and the rest of the world and see people so many people struggling because they have unhealthy habits. They’re searching for things to do, and what Dr. A has been able to amass through the Habits of Health Transformational System is a vision and mission for people to really go out and help other people create health in their lives. And he’s gathered a lot of people that follow him. I’m one of them, and it’s easy to get behind a life-changing idea.

When you think of impact, when you think of legacy, when you think of what one idea can do to kind of ripple out to the world, you realize just how powerful this is for people to adopt in their own lives.

The Habits of Health is a comprehensive system that encompasses several MacroHabits that people can adopt, and it’s designed, written, and delivered in a fashion that just about anybody can understand and implement. There are a lot of different theories out there on how people should improve their health. Some of those theories are on the right track, some of them have partial information, and some of them are maybe a little bit off track. The thing with Dr A.’s Habits of Health is it’s not only rooted in science, but it’s evidence-based.

I tried a lot of different things to lose weight, but Dr. A put it in a package that made sense to me.

When you look at the results that have occurred since the last ten years with the original Habits of Health and the way that is profoundly affected over a million people, it’s pretty remarkable. When you think of impact, when you think of legacy, when you think of what one idea can do to kind of ripple out to the world, you realize just how powerful this is for people to adopt in their own lives. Many of us have done that and decided to pay it forward and share it with other people because we know that a lot of people today are struggling and looking for answers.

I haven’t been a perfect practitioner of the Habits of Health, but I have adopted these habits, and they’ve helped me in my life by keeping me healthier and off medications. I just went in for my annual checkup at the Mayo Clinic, and my physician went, “Man, your cholesterol is lower than it was the last time you were here. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it.” That’s how the Habits of Health have impacted my life in a very, very positive way.

What I learned through Dr. A was that the body has incredible recuperative capabilities to get healthy if we treat it right. If we learn how to sleep well, reduce stress, clear our minds, and surround ourselves with like-minded people and a community that supports us, we can actually create the health that we want.
