With the Habits of Health, I am much more active

Habits of Health helps me live an active life

She looked great, so I asked her about it, and she said she was a coach.

This program really helped me to control my appetite. As an Asian, we eat lot of rice, but I know that eating a lot of rice over the years just made me feel very sluggish and tired. Dr. A taught me that rice can turn into fat, and it’s making me really not who I really want to be. I want to live an active life now, and with the Habits of Health, I am much more active. I’m enjoying more activities, and after work especially, I want to be able to enjoy more time with my children. This is really teaching me to do the things that I’m able to do.

A strong support network has enhanced my efforts

I’ve been only in this program a couple of months, but already, I’ve been surrounded by such a supportive group of friends.

I feel so encouraged, and I feel like I can do this.

With the new habits I’ve learned, I’m very excited to continue this journey. I look forward to spending more time with my children and family and doing more with life.
