When we released Your LifeBook, the response was everything we had hoped: We heard again and again that the structure of the content felt like having a conversation. For as much as journaling is touted as a tool for mindfulness and for learning, many people still find the blank page intimidating.

So here’s some help:

Imagine you could go back in time and share all of the things you have learned with the past you. What would you say? What advice would you give? What would you tell your past-self about the opportunities ahead?


This past-you might be a month ago, or six months ago, or maybe even a year more. Think about where you are now, and pick a point from before you started your Habits of Health journey. Then write yourself a letter.
