Just because you’ve made good, healthy decisions all week doesn’t mean you can splurge on the weekends. Getting off track on a Saturday or Sunday can lead to feeling guilty on Monday. Remember that you want to feel good all the time, and making poor diet decisions on a weekend as a “reward” won’t make you feel good. Reward yourself with a fun activity that doesn’t involve food.
