When you divide your daily exercise routine throughout your day, you boost your metabolism each time! This means you’ll burn more calories than if you would exercise all at once. Do 15-20 weight lifting strength exercises in the morning and do a power walk after dinner. Or 5 minutes every hour take a break and do something like walk up and down stairs. Don’t let your metabolism think it can rest for one minute!
